电弧螺柱焊是一种螺柱电弧焊接方法,到目前为止,在汽车制造、多层建
筑、桥梁建设、家电行业等得到广泛应用。随着经济发展的要求,企业对电弧螺
柱焊的效率,精度要求越来越高,也就对焊枪及其控制的设计有了更高的要求。
本文参照传统的电弧螺柱焊枪对焊枪及其控制系统做了改进及设计,这个电弧电
弧螺柱焊由一个直流电源、控制单元和一个焊枪组成。这个电弧螺柱焊枪通过步
进电机为其提供动力,通过丝杆来实现螺柱焊提起及送进过程,控制系统由 PLC 
控制焊枪及螺柱的送进过程。在这个新的焊接过程中,这个螺柱的运动可以看做
由微步构成的。步进电弧焊枪的行为参数的设置和调整是独立完成的。

Abstract
Arc stud welding is a method of stud arc welding,Up to now,it has
been widely used in the manufacture of automobile,multistoried Buildings
construction of bridges,appliance industries and so on .With the
requirements of economic development,business to arc stud welding
efficiency and precision have e increasingly demanding ,Also on the
design of the torch and its control have higher requirements. This article
refers to the traditional arc stud welding gun torch and its control system
improvements and design. The equipment of arc stud welding consists of
a dcpower source,a control unit,and a welding gun. This arc stud welding
gun through the stepper motor to provide power screw stud welding
institute and sent to the process, An PLC is adopted as the main control
component to realize the control of the stud gun and welding procedure.
the stud action can be looked as constituted by some micro
settingting of the stepping arc welding gun behavior parameters are
plished is indicated from the results of process
tests and bending test that the stepping arc stud welding process is
practicable.

绪论
螺柱焊是一种高效的全截面焊接方法。由于这种焊接技术具有快速、可靠、
简化工序、降低成本等一系列优点而得到了日益广泛的应用。近年来,随着钢结
构在建筑、桥梁等领域的广泛应用,大直径栓钉(焊钉)的焊接越来越多的采用
螺柱焊方法。目前, 国产的电弧螺柱焊机型号有 RSN­630、1000  、1600   RSN2­2500、 
3150  等,可焊 ϕ 3 −ϕ 30 mm的螺柱。这类焊机与进口产品相比,其焊接电源都是
用晶闸管控制,并可连续调节焊接电流。从调节和稳流性能以及可靠性方面考核,
差别不大。在控制方面,进口产品采用单片机控制的
