中美贸易中的知识产权问题分析
摘要
随着中国对外贸易的迅速增长,中国与贸易伙伴国的摩擦也不断增加,其中最主要的贸易摩擦来自美国。而美国时常以中国对知识产权保护不利为借口对中国提出贸易制裁,然而通过对双方国情的分析,我们可以发现知识产权纠纷涉及到许多问题,不只是中国国内对知识产权保护不善的原因,也有美国国内贸易保护主义的影响。因此,而要想解决这一难题,需要中美双方共同的努力,中方要加强法制建设和民众宣传,同时要修订法例严禁滥用知识产权保护,而美国也应该明白设立贸易壁垒带来的是百害而无一利,只有互相合作才能真正解决问题,共同发展。

Abstract:With the rapid growth of China's foreign trade, the friction between China and its trading partners continue to increase, most with America. And usually accuses China for the poor intellectual property protection in China. But through the analysis of conditions on both sides, we can find many of the issues involved in intellectual property disputes, not just because of poor protection of intellectual property in China, but also the impact of . trade protectionism. Therefore, the joint efforts of both sides, China and , are necessary for us if we want to solve the increasingly serious dispute. The Chinese government need to strengthen the legal system and public advocacy, also they should amend law to prohibit the abuse of intellectual property protection, while the . should understand that trade barriers can only bring us adverse effects, only the co-operation can really solve the problem, and provide a harmonies and rapidly developing environment for China and .
