战时舰船装备技术保障能力评估指标体系

摘要:为了全面描述战时舰船装备技术保障能力,提出一种基于作战过程的“任务—行动—能力”的动态指标
体系构建思路。介绍战时舰船装备技术保障能力评估指标体系的构建过程,从战时维修能力、战时器材保障能力、
战时指挥调控能力、战时信息保障能力和防护防卫能力 5 个方面建立了一套反映战时特征的舰船装备技术保障能力
的评估指标体系基本框架。该研究可为指挥员评估战时保障能力、合理调配和使用保障兵力完成舰船装备技术保障
任务奠定基础。

Evaluation Index System of Warship Technical Support Capability in Wartime

Abstract: In order to describe warship technical support capability in wartime, put forward a “mission, action,
capability” dynamic index system building thread based on operational course. Based on introducing designed course of the
evaluation index system, an index system framework is set up from five aspects, such as maintenance capability, material
support capability, command and control capability, information support capability and defensive capability. The research
fruit can establish the foundation for mander so as to evaluate support capability, prepare and use support force to
finish the mission.
