摘要
私营企业是指由自然人投资设立或由自然人控股,以雇佣劳动为基础的营利性经济组织。改革开放以来,我国中小型私营企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。中小型私营企业在增加税收、提供就业等方面为我国经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但在中小型私营企业的发展历程中,我们发现只有为数不多的企业能在短时间内完成原始积累,发展为资本雄厚、管理规范、具有较强市场竞争力的大规模企业,而很大一部分中小型私营企业在激烈的市场竞争中或徘徊不前或过早夭折。导致该种后果产生的因素很多,其中企业内部的财务管理水平是影响其发展的一个重要影响因素。而提高财务管理水平,促进中小型私营企业健康发展的关键是弄清中小型私营企业财务管理现状,提高企业的生存能力并拓展企业的发展空间。
为此,本文主要针对新疆萨达国际贸易有限公司财务管理方面存在的问题进行阐述,认为新疆萨达国际贸易有限公司存在财务制度混乱,融资困难,投资能力较弱且缺乏科学性,分配收益不合理等问题,为使这些私营企业能够顺利地走上可持续发展的道路提出了一些相关建议。本文主要采用理论研究的方法,在搜集大量的资料的基础上,通过多种比较方法,使研究更有说服。通过分析研究,本文提出了解决新疆萨达国际贸易有限公司在财务管理方面问题的一些建议,以促进新疆萨达国际贸易有限公司的健康发展。

Abstract
The private enterprise is to point to by natural invested or by the natural person holding, based on wage labor profit-earning anization. Since the reform and opening, and small and medium-sized private enterprises in China springing up vigorous development. Small and medium-sized private enterprises in increased taxation, provide employment for China's economic development aspects made great contribution.
