摘要
工程测量是研究地球空间中具有几何实体测量和抽象几何实体测设的理论、方法和技术的一门应用学科。它主要研究工程于工业建设、城市建设、国土资源开发、水路交通与环境工程的减灾救灾的事业中,进行地形和有关信息的采集与处理、施工放样、设备安装、变形检测与分析预报等方面的理论和技术。工程测量学科是一门应用学科它是直接为国民经济建设而服务,紧密与生产实践相结合的学科,随着科技的发展特别是电子计算机、微电子技术、激光技术、空间技术等新技术的发展与应用,以及测绘科技技术本生的进步,为工程测量技术进步提供新的方法和手段,有力地促进和推动工程测绘事业的进步和发展。它是工程测量技术的面貌发生了深刻的变化并取得了很大的成就按照工程建设的顺序和相应作业性质,可将工程测量内容分为以下三个阶段的工作:
勘测设计阶段
⑵施工阶段的测量阶段
⑶工程竣工后运营管理阶段的测量工作

ABSTRACT
Engineering measurement is the study of the earth in space with geometric entities measurement and abstract geometric entities survey in theory, the method and technology of an applied science. It mainly research project in industrial construction, urban construction, land and resources development, water transportation and environmental engineering and relief of the business, and the relevant information for terrain of acquisition and processing, construction lofting, equipment installation, testing and analysis of deformation forecast, and other aspects of the theory and technology. Engineering measurement subject is a practical subject it is directly to the national economic construction and service, works closely with production of bination of practice subject, with the development of science and technology, especially the puter, microelectronics technology, laser technology, space technology and the development of new technology and applications, as well as the surveying and mapping technology and the progress of the birth, for engineering survey technology progress with new ways and means, effectively promote and engineering surveying and mapping the progress and development of the business.
