采油污水缓蚀阻垢技术研究
摘要:
本文对胡二污水站采油污水水质及腐蚀结垢因素进行了分析,并筛选出适合该站采油污水处理的絮凝剂、杀菌剂和缓蚀阻垢剂,主要结论如下:
(1)该站采油污水属氯化钙型;pH值低;腐蚀性强,矿化度高,结垢性严重;油及固体悬浮物含量较低。
(2)产生腐蚀的主要因素为H2S的存在、HCO3-、Cl-、Ca2+含量较高、pH值低、大量细菌的存在及垢下腐蚀;产生结垢的主要因素为结垢性离子、油、固体悬浮物及细菌的存在、温度等因素的变化、腐蚀的产生。
(3)通过对采油污水絮凝实验研究,PAC与PAM复配时,PAC与PAM的最佳加量分别为40~50mg/,絮凝处理后采油污水经砂滤处理可达水质要求,且SRB含量、腐蚀速率、结垢量有所降低。
(4)WT-809杀菌剂杀菌效果好,满足采油污水杀菌处理要求,同时该杀菌剂具有一定缓蚀性。
(5)WT-02缓蚀阻垢剂水溶性好、乳化倾向小,加量为50mg/L、90℃时仍具有很好的缓蚀阻垢性能,,结垢量小于10mg/L,满足污水处理要求。

(1)Should stand the dirty water of oil extraction belongs to the calcium chloride type;The pH value is low;The causticity is strong, the mineral turns the 1 degree high, knot dirt severity;The oil and solids suspend the thing content lower, the sulphur ion content is higher, the dirty water hair is black, also vulcanization smell.
(2)Produce the corrosive main factor to exist for the H2S, HCO3-,Cl-,Ca2+, the content is higher, pH value low and a great deal of germs of existence and dirt descend decay;Produce the main factor of knot the dirt for knot the existence, temperature that the dirt ion, oil, solid suspends the thing and germs etc. the variety, corrosive creation of the factor.
(3)Pass to study to the oil extraction dirty water ulation experiment, the PAC and PAMs reply to go together with, PAC of the best add to measure for the 40-50mg/L, PAM of the best add to measure for the , the ulation processing is behind the dirty water of oil extraction can reach the fluid matter request through the sand sieve processing, and content of SRB,
