出口贸易结算方式研究
摘要
随着我国出口贸易的飞速发展,出口结算方式在出口贸易中发挥越来越重要的作用。与此同时,也因其自身存在的风险问题,可能会给出口商带来巨大的经济损失。信用证、托收和汇付三种最常用的结算方式,依旧发挥着他们不可替代的作用。而以国际保理,福费廷和银行保函为代表的新型结算方式,在出口结算中也越来越受到重视。如何选择最适合本企业的结算方式,来防范贸易风险则成了我国众多出口企业要考虑的首要问题之一。
本文通过对出口结算方式的研究,为企业在国际交易中更好地选择合适结算方式提出了一些策略:选择常用结算方式的策略,常用方式的组合策略,以及常用结算方式和新型结算方式组合使用的策略。

Abstract
With the development of China's export trade, international settlement plays a more and more important role than before. At the other side, its risks may bring huge economic losses to the exporter. Letters of credit, Collection and Remittance as the three kinds of monly used method of settlement, still play important roles. International factoring, Forfaiting and Banker's letter of guarantee as the new clearing forms, have drawn more and more attention. How to choose a settlement to prevent the risk of trade, have e the first question for exporters to consider.
This article are aimed at cleaning the way for exporter. The export enterprises can know the methods of settlement better and choose a better strategies for their trade. In this article, panies can choose these strategies: mon method of settlement strategies, mon methods of settlement strategies, as well bining mon methods of the settlement and new methods of settlement strategies.
