摘要
后装压缩式垃圾车因其压缩容量大、密封性好、装料方便、自动化程度高等优点而日益成为环卫垃圾收集运输的主要车种。论文选题具有很强的工程背景和应用价值。其主要内容包括:
1 对后装式压缩垃圾车的整车进行总体方案设计,以及对主要工作部件装填机构、锁紧机构、填料器、装填箱、滑板、推板、推板滑轨及推板驱动方式进行方案优选。
2 掌握其压缩装置动作原理,建立压缩垃圾车的整车的三维模型。
3 从影响后装压缩式垃圾车的装载容积和装载质量的因素着手,对装填角、压缩比等因素做分析,特别针对压缩装置装填角运用力学知识并结合多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行仿真实验研究,建立多个垃圾压缩机构仿真模型,通过计算结果、仿真实验分析结果和综合评价之间的相互研究与对比,确定出垃圾压缩车压缩机构最佳的装填角度。
4 对后装式压缩垃圾车关键参数进行设计研究,确定装填角、压缩比、装填箱的质心位置、推挤卸料机构、车厢等的设计参数。

ABSTRACT
After install pression type garbage truck because of its large capacity, good sealing, easy loading, high degree of automation and increasingly e the main environmental sanitation garbage collection transport type. Thesis topic selection has a strong engineering background and application value. The main content includes:
