摘要
随着我国物流业的快速发展,内陆地区对外贸易需求越来越大。陆港物流园区由于
其可以实现沿海港口的功能,很好的解决了内陆地区对外贸易交流的问题,提高了内陆
地区的对外贸易量,有效推进了经济的发展,因此陆港的建设越来越受到重视。但是陆
港在我国发展的时间很短,实践上亦无较为成熟的经验供借鉴,加之对其理论研究的缺
乏,使得陆港建设发展受到了极大的制约。陆港内部基础设施特别是道路设施是支撑陆
港发展的基础,需要研究其承载力究竟是否能够符合运输需求的要求,这样才能使陆港
发展避免基础设施的瓶颈制约或者基础设施建设过度超前的问题,因此对陆港道路进行
承载力合理性研究对陆港建设发展具有极为重要的指导意义。
本文首先以陆港承载力相关理论为切入点,总结归纳了陆港的概念及特征,并结合
论文研究主题对承载力理论、运输需求理论、供需均衡理论及陆港道路承载力研究假设
前提进行了阐述及分析;随后阐述了陆港腹地的概念并对其范围进行了界定,在此基础
运用运输需求相关理论,分析了对陆港腹地运输需求进行调查及预测的思路方法;接着
阐述了运输需求与交通量的相互关系及转化方法,并对道路承载力测算思路方法进行了
分析,进而提出了对陆港道路合理性评价的两个层面;论文最后以西安国际港务区为实
例对道路承载力的合理性进行了分析。

Abstract
With growing economic development in China,inland areas trade more and more with
foreign. Becausa the inland port can realize the functions of oastal port,it is a good solution to
the problem of the inland areas of foreign trade exchange,it increase the volume of goods
transported and make it more effective,so the inland port attract more attention. But the
development of inland port juts beginning, there is no more mature experience to learn
theoretical research of inland port is also the development of inland port
get extremely large internal infrastructure especially road facilities are the
foundation of inland port. Bearing capacity of road should be research. In this way can make
the development of inland port avoid infrastructure bottleneck restriction or infrastructure
construction overstepping. So it has very important significance to the development and
construction of inland port.
This paper is base on the related theory of inland port,first summarized the concept and
character, of inland integrate the topical subject of this paper and the
