山丹丹鳞茎多糖的提取及含量测定
摘要:山丹丹多糖是山丹丹主要的有效成分,从山丹丹粗多糖中分离纯化出纯化的山丹丹多糖,并对其含量进行测定。用水提醇沉法从植物山丹丹中提取百合粗多糖,再采用Sevage法去除蛋白。除蛋白后的沉淀物依次用无水乙醇、丙酮、无水乙醚各淋洗得到精制百合粗多糖。试验选取固液比、提取时间、提取温度3个因素,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9 (33)正交试验设计,确定了最佳的提取条件为:提取温度70℃、固液比1:15、提取时间4h。选择此条件提取药用百合粗多糖,%。
