摘要
随着社会发展,企业的生产经营各个方面都在进行着技术改造,计算机技术和自动化设备被广泛的应用,越来越多的高新技术应用到生产中,企业的制造环境发生巨大的变化。制造企业生产环境的变化使成本核算环境也发生改变,传统的成本计算法提供的成本信息与实际脱节,越来越不能满足企业管理者的需求。为了解决这些问题,社会各界都在寻找更新更准确的核算产品成本的方法。成本管理是提高企业竞争力的关键,找到一种合适的成本计算方法是现在需要解决的问题。
本文第一部分首先介绍了本篇论文的选题背景,并提出了本文的研究目的和内容。第二部分对作业成本法的基本原理进行了详细的阐述,对基本概念进行了介绍。第三部分通过作业成本法与传统成本法的比较阐述了作业成本法的优势。第四部分对国内企业制造环境的分析找出我国应用作业成本法存在的障碍,并对我国企业应用作业成本法的可行性进行分析,提出应用作业成本法的措施。第五部分以许继电气的例子举例说明作业成本法的运用及对其成功进行总结,为其他企业应用作业成本法提供参考。
文章的最后根据自己的研究得出结论即作业成本法具有正确核算成本的优势,也指出作业成本法与目标管理及标准成本管理的结合将突显作业成本法的作用。

Title The application research on activity-based costing method in
manufacturing enterprise
Abstract
As the rapid development of the society, Computer technology equipment is being widely used in a11 aspects of production and operation,more and more high-tech is being applied to production and manufacturing environment has undergone tremendous changes of manufacturing environment make the cost information which is provided by traditional cost accounting do not match the reality, and can’t meet the needs of order to solve these problems,the theory of activity-based costing was introduced to the internal. So now panies have to find a sound method is the problem that need to be solved.
The first chapter gives an introduction of the research background , then introduces this paper’s researching second chapter introduces ABC method’s fundamental third chapter through parison of activity-based costing and traditional costing details the advantages of activity-based fourth chapter identifies the obstacles of the application of ABC through the analysis of domestic enterprises in China. The fifth chapter takes the XJ Electric Co. for example as the case analyzing the example,it statements the applications and strength on ABC.
