1. Introduction
This program is to build an international, super five-star zone, which bined with culture, tourism, visiting, showing, and preserving one’s health in one system under the ground of plateau lake with the topic of Muslim historical culture. The zone is on Jinning and Chenggong counties, the bank of The Dianchi Lake, the homeland of Zheng He with the main proposal for the culture of Zheng He Seven-time Sailing Oversea.
