摘要
该设计是年产600万m2瓷质地板砖厂工艺初步设计。
由于近年来渗花抛光砖备受关注,特别是加快城市化建设和全面奔小康社会等政策的出台,给渗花抛光砖带来了新的活力和生机,所以本次设计为选择渗花抛光砖的工厂工艺设计。本次设计通过查找资料,根据我国国情和实际情况,并根据市场前景选择产品的种类和工厂所在地,合理选择工艺流程和设计指标,采用国内先进生产技术及生产设备,机械化、自动化装备水平合理,进行了坯釉料配方计算、物料衡算、设备选型计算和经济技术分析,对全厂进行合理的总平面布置,充分利用厂区面积,提高产品质量,降低能耗。
本设计严格执行国家环境、工业卫生等方面的有关规定,对生产用水进行净化处理、循环利用,气体在排放前进行除尘处理,废品及废渣用于制作轻质泡沫砖,降低污染。整个生产过程充分体现低碳排放、零污水排放、资源循环利用,发展绿色、环保经济。

ABSTRACT
This design is an annual output of 6000000M2 floor brick technology preliminary design.

This disign is strictly implements national environmental design, industrial hygiene and other aspects of the relevant regulations, the water in the production is used by purification and recycling, the gas is treated by dust exclusion before it emits, and the reject and waste residue are delivered to the production of lightweight foam bricks.
