摘要
近年来,随着农业科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,国内外水果品种越来越多,人们对水果的品质也有了更高的要求。为了提高水果的加工质量和出品等级,需要对水果进行严格的质量分级和大小分级。传统的水果品质检测、分级方法存在着分级结果受人主观因素的影响,精度低、视觉易疲劳、速度缓慢并且不能对大小、重量、形状、尺寸、成熟度、表面缺陷、表面色泽等指标综合评判等问题。新鲜水果进行分级处理,使同类档次的产品规格一致,便于实现独立或集合包装,使包装产品以统一的高品质的外观进入超市,吸引消费者的注意,提升消费者的购买欲望。在市场商品经济高度发达的今天,异地销售大宗农产品交易和农产品国际贸易等均离不开标准化,而今水果分级就是实现水果商品标准化的最基础的一步。因此,水果分级尤为重要。
本次毕业设计与另一个同学共同完成,从而完成一套苹果分选机构。苹果通过进出料机构能够实现自动进料,根据检测结果能够实现自动出料,从而达到分级目的。

Abstract
With the development of agricultural science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standard in recent years, the varieties of fruits at home and abroad are increasingly more and people’s requirement of the quality of fruits is higher. To improve the processing quality and product grade of fruits, we need to classify fruits into different grades strictly according to quality and size. Traditional methods of quality test and classification have such defects as the results of classification being affected by individual subjective factors, low precision, eyes being prone to get tired and low speed. Moreover, judges cannot be prehensively based on such standards as size, weight, shape, measurement, degrees of ripeness, surface defects, surface color and so on. Classification of fresh fruits and making products at the rank uniform in specifications are convenient for the realization plete package or container package, making packaging products enter supermarkets with uniform and high-quality appearance to attract consumers’ attention and strengthen their desire of purchase. In the present days with high modity economy, sales of primary agricultural products in different regions and the international trade of agricultural products can not go without standardization, and classification of fruits is the most basic step for the realization of standardization of modities.
