摘要
随着市场竞争的愈加激烈,需求多样化和个性化已成为趋势,面对这种双重挑战,企业的采购活动不仅要满足生产过程对物料多样化的需求,以保证产品的个性化和独特性,而且需要以最低的采购物流成本完成这一过程,从而降低整个企业的总的生产成本。因此,采购物流成本控制对提升企业竞争力有着至关重要的作用。这里首先对采购物流成本的定义、意义、影响因素进行了介绍,并介绍了企业采购物流成本存在的问题,核算方法,以及保障措施,然后通过具体的案例进一步讲述了企业采购物流的一些相关知识。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce of petition, demand diversification and individuation has e a trend, facing the dual challenges, enterprises procurement activities is not only to meet the diversified demand for the material, production process to ensure that the products of personalized and uniqueness, and require the purchase of logistics at the lowest cost plete the process, thereby reducing the total cost of production in the whole enterprise. Therefore, procurement logistics costs control to promote petitiveness of the enterprise have a vital role. Of procurement logistics cost of first introduces the definition, meaning, influence factors, and introduces the problems existing in the enterprise procurement logistics costs, accounting methods, and safeguard measures, and then through specific case further about some of the enterprise procurement logistics knowledge.
