课程简介
“环境经济学”为研究生必修课。通过本门课程的讲授和学习,使同学们能够了解环境经济学的主要研究内容、理论和研究方法,以及如何应用这些理论和方法解决目前中国在经济转型时期的环境问题,特别是环境经济政策的分析和设计、以及相关的政策、规划/计划和项目的环境影响的经济评估问题。
在教学要求方面:除了要认真阅读和理解所选择的教科书外,还应该广泛涉猎有关的参考书以及报刊、杂志上发表的有关文章,以拓宽知识面并提高分析和解决问题的能力。
考试要求:学期末交一篇学期论文,并在课堂上进行口头报告;学期中交1-2篇小论文
课程由北京师范大学环境学院和世界银行学院共同开设。学期结束后,由北京师范大学环境学院与世界银行学院共同为成绩合格的学生颁发培训证书,成绩合格的学生按规定同时获得北京师范大学的修课学分。
世界银行学院为本课提供了部分英文参考文献。一些世界银行的专家将参与授课。
