摘要
多种物流模式共存是目前国内零售业物流的现实状况,这种状况的存在是零售业应对市场环境变化的结果。但是,在我国的零售业中纯在着许多问题
。在本文中就是从上海汽配零售业物流的现状分析,提出上海汽配零售业物流目前存在的问题。在上海汽配城中配送方式主要分为摩托专送`快递发货`班车统一运输每家店铺运输各成体系,因此纯在着运作效率低、统一配送率低、物流成本高、信息共享低以及信息化水平低等问题。通过对各种物流模式的探索和认识,分析其利弊,最后提出实施共同物流是汽车零部件销售这种中小零售企业提高物流服务的有效手段之一。汽车零部件零售企业在消费者需求、经营理念、和经营方式、商品及其相关经营技术、市场竞争以及消费者的购物理念发生改变等方面发生了深刻的变化,这就迫切需要推进共同物流。本文从确立汽车零件售企业共同物流模式理念、培育和壮大汽车零部件企业共同物流模式主体、整合汽车零部件零售企业物流资源等方面具体阐释了我国汽车零部件零售企业物流绩效提高及服务的完善合理化建议和管理策略。

Abstract
Coexistence of multiple logistic model is the reality of the domestic retail logistics, this situation is changing retail market environment should result. In this paper is to analyze from the status quo of Shanghai auto parts retail logistics, put forward the existing problem of Shanghai auto parts retail logistics.
