【摘要】目的总结和分析恶性脑胶质细胞瘤局部治疗新技术及临床疗效。方法我科收治379 例恶性脑胶质细胞瘤患者,根据肿瘤部位及性质不同采用不同的治疗方法,术后定期复诊及随访。结果随访时间6~84个月。%。6个月以上,临床治愈39例,影像学治愈24例,%。%,%,%,7年生存期23%。与传统治疗相比有显著差别。结论脑胶质细胞瘤恶性程度高,传统治疗效果差,不同部位采用相应联合新技术治疗能有效提高患者生存质量, 延长其生命。

Abstract: Objective To summarize and analyze a new treatment technic of malignant encephalic glioma and its clinic curative effect. Methods 379 patients were treated by different method according to the tumor’s position and quality, and reexamined after operation. Results Followup of the patients from 6 to 84 months is showed as follow: The effective rate was % within 6 months. After 6 monthes, there is 39 cases of clinical cure,24 cases of mageology cure,total cure rate was %. A survival rate of 1 year reached %, 3 years reached %,and 5 years reached %, 7 years reached 23%. There are significantly pared with traditional treatment. Conclusion The malignancy grade of encephalic glioma is very high, and traditional treatment have unsatisfied effect. The application of new treatment technic on gliomas may improve the life quality of patients and incre
ase their life span.
