我国IT行业员工职业生涯发展探析
[摘要] 本文首先从企业管理制度、人员职业分布、员工在企业中的职位分布、收入以及健康状况等方面对我国IT行业员工发展现状进行了深入的探析,进而结合IT行业员工需求特性详细描述出员工发展过程中出现的问题,本文主要从企业的角度分析出了人才结构不平衡、企业短视、人才高消费、收入以及技术要求等当前问题,再从国外IT企业员工发展现状得出的启示,给出了解决我国IT员工发展以及企业发展的对策。本文通过引用大量数据资料,结合多种理论分析方法,参考多种文献和调查报告,为本文的科学性,有效性提供保障,确保为我国IT企业提供部分有价值的参考资料,为我国IT员工职业方向开出一条顺畅的职业之路。

[Abstract] This article first from the enterprise management system, professional distribution, employees in the enterprise position distribution, e and health of our employees in the IT industry development present situation has carried on the thorough analysis, bined with the IT industry employees demand features detailed describe the problem appeared in the process of staff development, this article mainly from the perspective of the enterprise, the personnel structure imbalance, the enterprise of short-term, talent high consumption, e and current problems such as technical requirements, then IT enterprise staff development present situation of inspiration from abroad, gives the solutions of the IT staff development and enterprise development in our country. By referencing a large number of data, this bined with theory analysis method, reference to a variety of literature and investigation reports, for this paper is scientific and effective guarantee to ensure for our IT enterprises to provide some valuable references and direction for our IT staff career on a smooth career path.
