摘要: 目的探讨呼吸科患者呼吸道带真菌状况及其临床意义。方法收集 380 例呼吸内科住院患者的咽拭子
和痰真菌培养结果,进行呼吸道带真菌情况的流行病学调查。结果上呼吸道真菌寄生人数为 58 例,寄生率为
15 26 % ;肺部真菌感染人数 18 例,感染率 4 74 % ;上呼吸道真菌寄植人群主要> 60 岁,达 75 9 % , < 60 岁年龄
组差异有显著性( P < 0 05) ;其中有呼吸系统慢性疾病者的寄生率和感染率分别为 26 67 %和 10 67 % ;非呼吸
系统慢性疾病者的寄生率和感染率分别为 7 83 %和 0 87 % ; P < 0 005 ,统计学差异显著。结论老龄患者和慢
性呼吸道疾病者是真菌寄植和感染的高发人群,应当作为预防呼吸道真菌感染的重点人群。
