中美纺织品贸易对两国的经济发展都起着重要的作用,纺织品在我国出口产品中占有较大比例,我国加入世界贸易组织后,随着纺织品服装配额制和关税壁垒的减少。发达国家尤其是美国制定了越来越严格的技术标准来限制我国纺织品贸易。本文主要通过对美国技术性贸易壁垒及美国技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织业影响的分析,并且在此基础上分析美国对我国纺织品实施技术性贸易壁垒的原因,从而提出我国纺织业应对美国技术性贸易壁垒的措施。

Abstract:
The Sino-US textile goods trade is all playing important role to economic growth of the both countries , the textile goods is occupied in our country exports bigger proportion, after our country joins World anization, with the fact that textile goods clothing quota makes the decrease with customs barrier. Come to restrict our country textile goods trade the developed country especially USA has worked out more and more strict technical norms. The main body of a book is passed mainly to the USA technicality trade wall and the USA technicality trade wall to the analysis that our country textile affects , is analyse and USA here on the basis implementing technicality trade wall cause to our country textile goods, measure suggesting that our country textile answers the USA technicality trade wall thereby.

前言
纺织业是我国的传统支柱产业之一,在我国国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。纺织业是一个投入少,产出大,经济效益高的产业,并且为国家积累了大量财富。我国凭借丰富的自然资源和廉价的劳动力,纺织品的价格在国际市场上具有较强的竞争力。
中美纺织品贸易始于1784年,获得蓬勃发展始于中美贸易正常化以后。但真正的蓬勃发展是从2001年,中国加入世贸组织以后。2002年开始中国成了美国最大的纺织品供应商,2006年出口额高达185亿美元,2007年为227亿美元,2008年为253亿美
