芜湖地区动物宿主携带O 157: H 7 大肠杆菌的调查

【摘要】目的了解O 157: H 7 大肠杆菌在芜湖地区动物宿主中的存在现状及其生物学特性。方
法 2000 年 6~ 10 月选择芜湖县境内畜禽粪便标本及养殖场饲料和水样标本 894 份, 以免疫磁珠
法和血清学方法检测O 157: H 7 大肠杆菌。结果 894 份标本中检出 3 株O 157: H 7 大肠杆菌, 检出
率为 0. 34%。检出菌株产毒情况: 羊标本检出菌株产志贺毒素和溶血素, 奶牛标本检出菌株产溶血
素, 猪标本检出菌株不产毒。结论芜湖地区存在O 157: H 7 大肠杆菌, 应引起足够的重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the distribution and biological features of E scherich ia coli
O 157: H 7 in animal ho st in W uhu area. M ethods D ejecta specimens from livestock and fow ls,
feedingstuff and w ater specimens w ere co llected fo r detection of E. coli O 157: H 7 by
imm unom agentic particle and sero logical test in W uhu county from June to O cterber in 2000.
