逍遥丸治疗性激素造模大鼠子宫肌瘤实验研究

摘要:目的研究逍遥丸治疗子宫肌瘤的药理作用并为临床应用提供参考依据。方法给大鼠注射已
烯雌酚和黄体酮造模,对造模大鼠分别给予逍遥丸、宫瘤清胶囊和生理盐水,并测定给药组、阳性对照组、模
型对照组和空白对照组的血清雌二醇、孕酮水平和子宫肌瘤组织匀浆水平(NOS) 。结果逍遥丸有拮抗雌
孕激素和子宫 NOS 的作用。结论上述作用是逍遥丸治疗子宫肌瘤的部分作用机制。

Experimental Study on Hysteromyoma of Rat Sex Hormone
Model Treated with Xiaoyaowan

Abstract :Objective To study the hysteromyoma treated with Xiaoyaowan so that to supply the reference for clinical ap
plication. Methods The rat hysteromyoma model was made by injection of diethylstillbestrol and progesterone. The xi
aoyaowan , gongliuqing capsule and saline were given to therapy group , positive control group , model group and control
group. The hormone level was observed and NOS of uterus tissue was detected. Results Xiaoyaowan had antagonist
NOS. Conclusion The Xiaoyaowan might treat hysteromyoma effectively.
