摘要:目的研究青年抑郁症患者短时记忆的特点. 方法比较抑郁症患者与正常对照组的临床记忆量表粗分的差别. 结果抑郁症患者在指向记忆、联想学忆4项测验得分都较正常对照组低(P<),无意义图形再认测验的结果虽然在数值上较对照组低,但无统计学差异(P>). 结论抑郁症患者的短时记忆能力下降,可能与抑郁症影响患者短时记忆信息的语义编码有关.

记忆力减退是许多神经精神疾患的表现,对于抑郁症患者来说,,但结果并不一致[1,2] .我们将应用临床记忆量表对抑郁症患者的短时记忆特点进行研究.
1 对象和方法
对象抑郁症组:第四军医大学西京医院神经精神科2001-03/2001-10的门诊患者30(男18,女12)例,年龄在17~25岁之间,均为大学文化程度,其中,MD-
