商谈伦理视域下的高校医院医患沟通研究

〔摘要〕在介绍高校医院医患关系背景的基础上,分析了高校医院医患关系矛盾的特点,并从商谈伦理角度提出开启高校
医患间沟通之门,创造良好商谈契机营造理想话语情境,培养良好商谈环境促进有效沟通架构商谈伦理机制的思路,为促进
高校医患关系和谐发展提供现实和理论指引。

Study on the Doctor - munication in University Hospital from the View of Discourse Ethics

Abstract This paper introduced the background about university hospital doctor - patient relationship,ana-
lyzed the characteristics of the contradiction in the relationship,and then put forward suggestions for solve this prob-
lem,that is,open the door of doctor - munication at universities and create good environment for dis-
coursing provide ideal discourse situation promote munication and supply with discourse ethical
mechanism,which is expected to provided practical and theoretical guidance to promote the harmonious university
hospital doctor - patient relationship.
