再加热炉燃烧控制系统

摘要:以攀钢集团成都钢铁厂 318轧管厂再加热炉为研究对象,从炉温检测系统、炉温调节系统及用户程序三方
面介绍了该再2加2热炉比例式燃烧控制系2统2 ,以及与常规双交叉燃烧控制系统的区别。针对该种燃烧控制系统

及不同的外部干扰因素,编制控制程序时采取了一些相应措施,可将炉温有效地控制在设定值± 5 ℃范围内,
并在炉温大幅偏离设定温度值时,能够在短时间内将炉温重新稳定在设定值,而不会出现大幅振荡。比例式燃
烧控制系统具有控制灵活、准确度高、可有效提高生产效率及降低劳动强度等特点。

Abstract: Taking reheating furnace of 318 Tube Rolling Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group as in
vestigating subject, p roportional bustion control system for reheating furnace and difference be
tween the system and regular double bustion control system are described in three aspects
of temperature measuring system, temperature regulating system and user p rogram. Based on this type
bustion control system and different external interference factors, some corresponding measures
could be taken in writing control p rogram , so as to effectively control furnace temperature within ± 5 ℃
