摘要
本文对学科门户型数字图书馆的交互性平台的建立,学科信息资源的评价进行了详细的研究讨论,提出了建立基于博客的交互性平台,并从五个不同方面对信息资源进行评价,最后提出收费策略。

Abstract
In this paper, we discussed the subject of the establishment of Digital Library portal's interactive platform, the subject of the evaluation of information resources, and proposed the establishment of the blog-based interactive platform and detailedly discussed evaluation of information resources from five different aspects . Finally, proposed charging strategy. The text of the digital library portal era building played a role in the Enlightenment.

学科信息门户( Subject Information Portal) 也称“学科信息网关”( Subject Information Gateways, 简称SIG) , 它是将学科领域的网上信息资源、工具和服务集成到一个整体( 独立的或分布式的信息门户网站) 中,提供对经图书馆员筛选和按学科组织的因特网资源的利用, 为用户提供方便的信息检索和服务入口, 它是网络指南、资源导航、指示数据库等服务的进一步发展。以中搜为代表的门户时代网站在信息技术上则融合了智能搜索引擎技术、实时信息获取技术、个性化服务技术、网络即时互动技术等。更加突出了个性化服务的发展,采用了更为先进的信息技术。在服务方式上以用户为中心的网络服务方式,用户根据自己的需求定制自己所需信息, 网站根据用户请求将有用信息及时发送给用户, 不需用户查找, 当用户打开浏览器就可看到自己所需信息, 而其不需要的内容则不会出现。这样的服务方式被称为以用户为中心的网络服务方式。
