摘要:目的研究原核表达的结核分枝杆菌分泌蛋白Ag85B的免疫学特性. 方法用原核表达的Ag85B蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,,体外用抗原再刺激,MTT方法检测IFN-γ产生水平和MTT法检测淋巴细胞增殖. 结果 Ag85B免疫小鼠可引起较高水平的特异性抗体应答,免疫小鼠的脾淋巴细胞体外用抗原再刺激,-γ量为960pg・L-1 ,而生理盐水对照组的量低于80pg・L-1 . 结论 Ag85B有可能作为新型结核疫苗的组分.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the immunobiological proper-ties of secretory protein Ag85B of MTB BALB/c mice were immunized with was used to detect the anti-Ag85B antibody titer in the immunized mice of IFN-γsecreted from splenocytes of the
immunized mice after specific-antigen stimulation was detect-ed by using a cytopathic effect reduction assay and splenocytic proliferation of the immunized mice in response to antigen restimulation was detected by MTT Ag85B-immunized mice induced higher anti-Ag85B antibody titer,and protective cellular-mediated immunity was charac-terized by splenocytes which upon antigen-specfic stimulation secreted increased levels of IFN-γand proliferated significant┐ Ag85B can be used as a ponent of the new TB ine.
