摘要:目的研究骨折愈合过程中病理改变与血流量变化规律,并探讨其间的关系. 方法在兔左侧桡骨中段制作骨折动物模型,应用单光子放射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)测定骨折端不同时相点血流量变化,并取骨折端标本脱钙进行光镜和电镜观察. 结果伤后24h内骨折端病理改变以组织坏死和炎症反应为主要变化,72h~3wk出现极为活跃的修复细胞增生,,1wk时达到最高点,这种高血流状态一直持续到第3周,5wk时有所回降,至骨折后8wk恢复到正常水平. 结论骨折端修复细胞活跃期与局部血流量增加的高峰期相吻合,增生活跃的修复细胞可能产生某种因子,该因子与局部血流量增加有关.

decalcification at intervals of different The chief pathological changes were the necrosis of histocyte and inflammation reaction within24h after fracture,the repair-ing cells showed active proliferation during72h to3wk,and normal osseous tissue was formed after8wk at the fracture blood flow began to increase at8h after fracture and reached the highest level at1st week after state lasted to the3rd week after the blood flow began to recover at fifth week after fracture and recov-ered to the norm
