摘要
随着我国改革开放的深化以及市场经济的深入发展,中小企业在国民经济运行中充当着经济增长引擎、增加税收、增加就业岗位以等一系列特有功能逐渐体现出来, 在我国国民经济的发展中起着越来越重要的作用,成为建设和谐社会和中华民族伟大复兴的重要经济基础。中小企业的发展离不开银行等金融机构的资金支持,在发展过程中由于多方面的原因,在我国诸多中小企业中,几乎都不同程度的存在融资难的问题,中小企业融资难严重制约了我国中小企业的发展速度,不利于我国国民经济的健康发展。因此,制定科学有效的制度措施解决小企业融资难问题,对活跃市场经济和进一步深化改革开放具有重要的战略意义。对我国中小企业的自身特点及融资现状进行调查和了解,进而对中小企业融资难的成因进行科学的分析和探讨,尝试着提出一些解决中小企业融资困难的解决对策,为国家制定措施解决我国中小企业融资难题提出一些建设性的建议,以促进我国中小企业乃至整个国民经济健康发展。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and deepening of the market economy , SMEs in the national economy acts as the engine of economic growth , increase taxes, increase jobs in a series of unique features gradually reflected in the development of our national economy plays an increasingly important role as necessary to ensure the maintenance of social stability . Funds to support SME development is inseparable from banks and other financial institutions in the development process due to reasons, SME financing has seriously hampered the pace of development of SMEs in China is not conducive to the healthy development of China's national economy . Therefore, a reasonable and effective solution to the problem of financing SMEs in our country , to ensure the sustained and healthy development of China's national economy and pletion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has important strategic significance. Issue of the status queo of China's own characteristics and financing of SMEs to investigate and understand, and thus the causes of SME financing for scientific analysis and discussion, try to propose some solutions to SME financing difficulties Solutions, to develop measures to solve our national financing problems of SEMs to make some constructive suggestions to promote the healthy development of China SEMs and the whole national economy.
