摘要:【目的】利用不同定位方法,对不同环境条件下大豆异黄酮主要组分进行 QTL 定位研究,为大豆异黄
酮分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。【方法】以异黄酮含量有显著差异的鲁黑豆 2 号(3 μg·g-1)和南汇早
-1
黑豆(1 μg·g )为亲本构建的 F5∶7-8 重组自交系为材料,分析 RIL 群体的 SSR 标记多态性,结合 HPLC 法
鉴定异黄酮主要组分含量。【结果】绘制了一张包含 161 个多态性 SSR 标记,全长 3 cM 的大豆遗传连锁图
谱。利用 ICIMapping 软件的 ICIM、IM 和 SMA 3 种定位方法,共定位到 4 种环境下与异黄酮主要组分相关的
14 个 QTL。【结论】3 个标记区间在多个环境和多种定位方法下均被检测到,分别是 Sat_003—Satt306、Satt070
—Satt122 和 Satt571—Satt270。

Abstract: 【Objective】The QTLs for major ponents were identified among multiple environments by different
QTL mapping methods in soybean seeds, in order to provide a theoretical basis for soybean isoflavone marker-assisted selection.
【Method】 In this study, a binant inbreed line population (RIL, F5∶7-8) was developed by using the cross between the
isoflavone contrasting cv. LHD2 with high-isoflavone concentration (3 μg·g-1) and cv. NHZ with low-isoflavone
concentration (1 μg·g-1). The polymorphism of SSR markers among the RIL population was analyzed and the major
ponents were determined by HPLC. 【Result】The results showed that a soybean linkage map with a total distance of
3 cM was constructed using 161 polymorphism SSR molecular markers in the RIL population. A total of 14 QTLs associated
with the major ponents were found by ICIM, IM, and SMA methods in the ICIMapping software under the four
