【摘要】目的探讨放松训练对住院突发性耳聋患者焦虑状态的影响。方法将60例突发性耳聋患者随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均进行改善微循环、抗病毒等药物治疗、氧疗和一般的健康教育,实验组进行放松训练。采用Zung 焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者进行干预前后焦虑水平评估,采用自制量表对两组患者进行焦虑状态影响因素调查。结果 53例有不同程度的焦虑,%;对听力恢复程度的关注、耳聋伴耳鸣或眩晕的影响、耳聋的不良自身体验、对沟通交流困难的担心、对缺乏相关疾病知识的担心、对经济承受能力的担心均是影响焦虑状态的因素;放松训练后实验组患者的焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<) 。结论放松训练疗法可以改善突发性耳聋患者的焦虑状态。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of relaxation training on the anxiety of hospitalized patients with sudden deafness. Methods sixty patients hospitalized for sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group and relaxation training group , and in the later group , relaxation training for 3 weeks in addition to routine use of medications for expand the blood vessel , improve the microcirculation and general health education , where as patients in the former group received only the medication and the general health education.
