政府主导下的农村沼气服务体系建设

摘要: 随着农村沼气事业迅速发展和沼气服务体系建设缺失的矛盾日益显现,如何加强后续服务体系建设,日
益成为沼气发展中迫切需要解决的问题。通过对河南省范楼村沼气服务体系的实地调研,发现劳动力外出、沼气
技工缺乏和资金投入不足等因素对沼气服务体系建设和推广产生了很大的影响,认为政府主导下的沼气发展模式
是我国近期内沼气发展的主要方式,并针对性的提出沼气服务体系的“范楼模式”。

Abstract: With the contradictions of the rapid development of rural biogas and its service system flaw appeared day by day,
strengthening the follow-up services system has increasingly e an urgent problem needing to solve for biogas develop-
ment. Through the survey of the biogas service system in Fan-lou Village of Henan province,it was found that lack of
skilled workers and labor,insufficient capital investment and other factors had a great impact on the biogas service system
construction and extension. It was considered that government-led biogas development mode was the main form in the near
future,and based on it the“Fan-lou mode”was proposed.
