摘要
现代企业的生存和发展越发依赖于高素质和高效率的员工,“以人为本”已成
为很多企业管理的一个重要内容。如何设计有效的员工激励方案、挖掘员工潜能,
提高员工的积极性,己成为企业人力资源管理的核心。科学的薪酬体系是企业留
住员工、提高其工作积极性与主动性,并进而保持组织竞争力的关键因素,本文
的目的是通过科学的实际研究,提出适合于 ZN 安装企业状况的薪酬管理体系,
改善企业的薪酬管理水平,提高员工积极性和主动性。
本文以 ZN 安装公司为研究对象,通过对 ZN 安装公司现有薪酬体系的分析,
剖析 ZN 安装公司薪酬体系存在的主要问题,并深入挖掘了问题背后的原因,根
据建筑行业自身的特点和公司的现状特征提出需重点解决的问题;在相关薪酬激
励理论的指导下,通过查阅借鉴同行业成熟的一些经验,对 ZN 安装公司现有组
织结构进行了梳理、优化与调整,设计出适合于 ZN 安装公司的一套全新的薪酬
激励机制,包括薪酬政策的确立、薪酬水平的定位与增长设计、以职能层、项目
经理层和操作层为划分标准的薪酬结构体系的设计、奖金制度的设计及相关福利
设计;最后对薪酬激励机制的实施与运行效果进行相应分析与评价。
实践证明,新的薪酬激励机制极大提高了 ZN 安装公司对员工的激励效果。
本文的研究成果也可对同行企业提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
The existence and development of modern enterprises more and more depends
on the employees with high efficiency and high quality. How to design efficient
motivate programs to develop employees' potential has e the key of human
resource management. A set of pensation management method is the
key factor to keep motivate employees and further to maintain petitive ability
of anizations. The aim of the thesis is to discuss and put forward a
compensation management model suit to the situation of research enterprise in order
to improve the level pensation management and promote the employees enthusiasm.
In the thesis, basing on introduction of the basic knowledge and theory of
compensation management, ZN pany, as a research object, its
problems existed in present salary system was analyzed. Its framework and position is
not in reason; pensation system is nonstandard and short of promoting;
employee lack of aim in their development in profession; pensation system is
