福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力研究

摘要
得益于近几年来的高速发展,福山园汽车零部件产业不断壮大,产业集群效
应逐步显现。福山园汽车零部件产业作为当地的支柱产业,对当地经济发展、社
会稳定等多方面都有着重要影响。因此,如何进一步提升福山园汽车零部件产业
集群的竞争力,保持园区汽车零部件产业的良性发展,成为有关各方关注的重点
所在。本文在产业集群和产业集群竞争力理论基础上,通过深入调查与研究,对
福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力进行定性和定量的实证分析,并最终提出保持
和提升福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力的对策建议。
本文大体可以分为以下四个部分:
一、本文首先对产业集群以及产业竞争力理论进行全面的阐述,回顾相关的
国外、国内理论,为研究的后续展开提供理论依据。
二、简述福山园汽车零部件产业集群的发展过程和现状,然后运用 SWOT 分析
法对福山园汽车零部件产业集群现状进行分析,归纳出福山园发展的优势、劣势、
机遇和威胁,并进行 SWOT 矩阵组合(优势—机遇、劣势—机遇、优势—威胁、劣
势—威胁)的战略分析。
三、对福山园汽车零部件产业集群的竞争力现状进行分析。运用波特的“钻
石模型”理论对福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力的相关因素(才能要素,需求
状况,供应商和关联辅助行业状况,企业的战略、结构和竞争状况条件,机遇,
政府)进行定性分析,归纳出福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力的大体状况,然
后本文将应用 GEM 分析模型对福山园汽车零部件产业集群的竞争力进行定量分析,
得出与竞争力相关的各因素的影响力量化指标。
四、针对以上研究的结果,为如何提升福山园汽车零部件产业集群竞争力提
出相应的对策建议。

Abstract
Benefit from the rapid development in the past few years, auto parts industry in
Fushan Industry District has been stronger than before, the advantages of cluster are
effective in promoting the development of auto parts industry. Auto parts industry
has e a pillar industry in Fushan Industry District, it has great significance for the
local economy and social stability. As a result, how to further enhance the
competitiveness of auto parts industry cluster is the top priority for Fushan Industry
article is based on the theories of the industrial cluster and the
competitiveness of the industrial cluster, has a deep investigation and research,and make
an empirical analysis,both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, on the
competitiveness of auto parts industry cluster in Fushan Industry District, then gives
countermeasures and suggestions to enhance petitiveness of auto parts industry
cluster in Fushan Industry District.
