摘要
知识经济条件下,健全的薪酬激励体制是高新技术企业吸引和激励科技创新人才的有力工具,有针对性的制定一套科学完整的薪酬激励管理体制,已成为我国高新技术企业提升核心竞争力的关键因素。薪酬管理在企业发展过程中有着非常重要的意义。薪酬管理是现代人力资源管理的核心,科学的薪酬体系能有效地激励员工的积极性和创造力,使其发挥出最大的潜能。随着技术变革的不断加速,技术在产业竞争中发挥着越来越重要的影响力,技术创新在科技企业获取竞争优势种的作用更为突出。而企业员工是创新的唯一载体,所以企业的竞争核心就是人才的竞争。能不能吸引并留住人才,以及最大限度地激发他们良好的工作绩效,是一个关系到企业能否在残酷的竞争中生存和发展的根本问题,而解决这个根本问题的主要手段就是:建立一个有效的薪酬体系。
本文采用理论与实际相结合的方法,结合现代薪酬管理理论,从许继集团技术工程人员的薪酬问题为问题重点,结合许继集团的基本情况及现行薪酬管理制度,对许继集团的薪酬制度进行了全面的可行的分析,并以许继集团技术工程师这一职位作为载体,结合企业自身实际情况,设计了一套系统的完善的薪酬方案。
