文档介绍：东北农业大学学士学位论文学号:A08090004我国机动车辆保险的问题及对策(以人保为例)ProblemsandCountermeasuresofChinesemotorvehicleinsurance(forexample)学生姓名:郭远航指导教师:李丹所在院系:经济管理学院所学专业:保险系研究方向:保险东北农业大学中国·哈尔滨2013年5月摘要随着经济和社会的不断发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,机动车辆保险被广泛应用于生产和生活的各个领域。中国是世界上最大最有潜力的机动车辆保险市场,但与发达国家相比,中国机动车辆业实力相对薄弱,能否抓住机遇扬长避短,充分发挥我国保险业的地域优势占领更多的市场,我国保险业面临着严峻的挑战。特别是近几年来,在人保财险公司车险改革不断推进的同时,逐渐暴露出一系列问题。这些问题表现在:车险增量近似枯竭;,电话车险逐渐开始遭遇瓶颈模式;而且在承包与理赔方面出现了较多的问题;保险欺诈也一直有着隐患。 为了在今后的车险市场竞争中继续保持优势,人保财险公司必须采取相应的对策来解决当前存在的问题。本文认为应通过对车险保单形式的创新;加强保险监管和行业自律,规范竞争行为;导向多元化的服务;针对理赔难采取有效的措施等来完善管理,以促进人保财险公司车险业务的健康发展。关键词:人保财险公司;机动车辆保险;发展现状ProblemsandCountermeasuresofChinesemotorvehicleinsurance(forexample)AbstractAlongwiththedevelopmentofeconomyandsocietyandtheincreaseofthepeople''slargestandmostpotentialofthemotorvehicleinsurancemarket,paredwithdevelopedcountries,Chinamotorvehicleindustrystrengthisrelativelyweak,whetherseizeopportunitytofosterstrengthsandcircumventweaknesses,givefullplaytoChina'sinsuranceindustry,upymoreofthemarket,China',.Theseproblemsmanifestedin:Autoincrementapproximationdepletion;telephonecarinsurancegraduallybegantoencounterbottleneckspattern,;andinthecontractandclaimtheremoreproblems;insurancefraudhasbeenahiddendanger.
