摘要
《管子》是中国传统文化的重要典籍,在思想史上占有重要地位。《管子》虽然不
是研究“礼学”的专著,但却蕴涵着丰富的礼学思想。中华文化是以“人”为中心的伦
理型文化,礼学思想是其灵魂和核心。研究、继承、发扬礼学思想,挖掘、吸取和借鉴
其中的思想资源和精神养料,是正确处理人伦社会关系、人与自然关系的现实需要,也
是弘扬民族文化、建设社会主义精神文明的客观要求。本文在吸取借鉴以往研究成果的
基础上,以《管子》礼学思想为对象,探索梳理其思想渊源,深入分析其产生的根据,
系统阐述其丰富内涵和理论特质,揭示其历史价值和现实意义,旨在为构建社会主义和
谐社会与个人道德品质的养成提供有益借鉴和启示。

Abstract
Abstract
Guanzi is one of the important ancient books of Chinese traditional culture and plays an
important role in the intellectual history. Though Guanzi is not a monograph on “Ritual”, it
contains plenty of ritual thoughts. Chinese culture is a kind of ethical culture with man as its
center, and ritual thoughts as its soul and core. To research, inherit and carry forward ritual
thoughts and to dig, absorb and learn from its intellectual resources and spiritual nourishment,
which is not only the real need to handle ethical social relations and the relations between
man and nature correctly, but also the objective requirements to promote national culture and
build a socialist spiritual civilization. Based on absorbing previous research achievements,
with the ritual thoughts of Guanzi as its object, this paper explores the origin of its thoughts,
deeply analyses its shaping basis, describes the theory characteristics and rich content
systematically, and reveals its historical value and practical significance. It is aimed to build a
socialist harmonious society and provide useful reference and inspiration for developing
personal moral quality.

引言
《管子》是研究古代政治、法律、经济等思想的重要典籍,在思想史上占有重要地
位。《隋书·经籍志》以后所有正史著作几乎皆将此书列入法家。从政治角度看,《管子》
确实具有浓厚的法家思想,但它又与秦晋法家有明显的差异性。大多学者认为其融儒家、
法家、道家等诸子百家于一炉,反应的思想内容才是此书精华所在:它法道合流,礼治
与法治相结合,强调以民为本,法教一体。笔者认为书中蕴含着深刻的礼学思想,非常
具有单独的研究价值,对我们当今的社会发展具有重大意义。故探究《管子》礼学思想
渊源,结合春秋战国时期历史背景,对《管子》中关于礼存在的根据、内涵、作用、特
点等做深入挖掘,并分析其对当世及后世
