抗菌肽抗菌机制及其应用研究进展

摘要:抗菌肽是一类小分子肽,具有广谱的抗菌活性。关于抗菌肽抗菌机理的研究以往主要集中在抗菌肽
对细菌细胞膜的作用上,包含“桶板”模型,“毯式”模型,“环形孔”模型,“凝聚”模型。近年来相继发现某些
抗菌肽可以作用于细菌细胞内部,与核酸物质结合,阻断 DNA 复制、RNA 合成;影响蛋白质合成;抑制
隔膜、细胞壁合成,阻碍细胞分裂;抑制胞内酶的活性。本文从胞内机制和胞外机制两个角度对抗菌肽的
抗菌机制进行综述,以期阐明各类抗菌肽的作用机理,为进一步研究菌株耐药性、昆虫抗菌肽对耐药菌株
的杀菌效果及其杀菌机制提供科学根据。

Peptides and their Application Studies

Abstract:Antimicrobial peptides are small peptides with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. About
the antibacterial mechanism of antimicrobial peptides mainly concentrated on the function of the cell
membrane of bacteria, including “Barrel-stave model”, “Carpet model”, “Toroidal pore model” and
“Aggregate model” in the past. Some antimicrobial peptides have been found recently that they could
combine with nucleic acid material; block DNA and RNA replication; affect protein synthesis; restrain
the diaphragm cell wall synthesis, block cell division; inhibit enzymatic activity in the cells of bacteria
inside. To elucidate antibacterial mechanisms of various antibacterial peptide, both intracellular and
extracellular antibacterial mechanisms for antimicrobial peptides were discussed in the paper. It would
provide scientific basis for further studies on inhibit effects of insect antibacterial peptides against
drug-resistance bacterial strain and their mechanisms.

抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)是指有机体在真核生物的核糖体和原核生物非
核糖体合成的小分子碱性多肽。如昆虫抗菌肽、杆菌肽、多粘菌素等(马文山等,2008)。
