【摘要】目的探讨留置导尿病人一次性集尿袋更换时间与尿路感染的相关性及护理预防对策。方法选择慢性尿潴留伴肾功能不全留置尿管后、当天尿培养无细菌生长的留置导尿者63 例,随机分为实验组和对照组,在不同间隔时间内予以更换集尿袋,追踪监测尿培养,对尿培养阳性结果进行统计学分析。结果尿培养细菌阳性率实验组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<)。结论留置尿管的病人一次性集尿袋更换间隔时间以一周一次较为科学有效。

[Abstact] Objective To investigation the relationship between Urinary tract infections and the replacement frequency of Indwelling Catheter disposable urine collection bag and nursing prevention plan. Methods 63 patients with chronic urinary retention with renal insufficiency after Indwelling Catheter,urine culture were bacterium-free growth of the day. Then randomly divided them into experimental and control groups at different intervals of time replace the urine collection bags, tracking monitoring urine culture, statistical analysis of urine culture positive result occurs. Results Urine culture bacterium positive parison of experimental and control groups, differences with significant meanings(P<). Conclusions Disposable urine collection bag in patients with indwelling urinary catheter replacement interval to once a week is more scientific and effective.
