摘要
目的: 探讨外源性转化生长因子β3(Transforming growth factorβ3,
TGF-β3) 对动物面神经愈合的作用。方法:采用新西兰大白兔面神经损伤
模型,将 50ng/ug TGF-β3 注射到神经切断嵌入的硅胶管明胶海绵内,16 只
成年兔随机分为 1 周组及 3 月组。两组内右侧面神经上颊支为实验组,左
侧为对照组;通过 GFAP(胶原纤维酸性蛋白)及 nestin(巢蛋白)等免疫
组织化学染色方法进行愈合评估。结果:给予 TGF-β3 的 1 周组 nestin 及
GFAP, 3 月组 nestin 及 GFAP 及 1 周组与 3 月组 nestin 及 GFAP 都统计
学有差异。结论:在外源性 TGF-β3 作用可促进内源性 TGF-β3 产生或共同
通过 smad 通路引起神经损伤后修复标志物 nestin 及 GFAP 的表达增加,这
表明 TGF-β3 在面神经的损伤后修复起促进愈合作用。

Exploratory development of TGF-β3 Repairs
following injury of animal facial nerve

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of exogenous transforming growth
factor-beta 3(TGF-β3) administered at different phases on the improvement of
facial nerve injuries. Methods : Use facial nerve injury model of rabbit ,
Injected 50ng/ug TGF-β3 into the nerve gelfoam embedded within the silicone
tube, 16 adult rabbits were randomly divided into 1 week group and 3 month
group. Subdivided the two groups about their own group. Healing assessment
By GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and nestin and other
immunohistochemical staining methods. Results : The 1 week group and
3-month group given TGF-β3 nestin and GFAP immunostaining cell numbers
were higher than the control group. Conclusion : The role of exogenous
TGF-β3 can promote the production of endogenous TGF-β3orco-smad
pathwaytoincreaseexpressionofNestin and GFAP that induced by nerve
repair after injury markers, suggesting that TGF-β3 promote in facial nerve
repair after injury to healing.
