摘要

目的:应用 2%戊二醛、500ml/L 三氯异氰尿酸对污染印模进行浸泡消毒,分别
对其消毒效果进行评价,从而为临床提供依据。方法:实验用藻酸盐印模粉用臭氧
消毒柜消毒 2h,,调刀,调碗,蒸馏水,成品托盘在高压蒸汽消毒器中加热 121℃消
毒 15min。调拌藻酸盐印模粉制取上颌牙列印模 90 副,然后将医用无菌贴膜切取
大小的空隙,再用大头针将其固定在已取好的上颌印模的腭部,用浸有含
相应中和剂的无菌洗脱液的棉拭子 1 支,在规定面积内横竖往返均匀涂擦各 2 次,
并随之转动棉拭子,剪去手接触部位后,将棉拭子投入 10ml 含相应中和剂的无菌洗
脱液的试管内,立即送检。最后将采样管在混匀器上震荡 20s 或用力振打 80 次,用
无菌吸管吸取待检样品接种于灭菌平皿,每一样本接种一个平皿,内加入已融
化的 45℃-48℃的营养琼脂 15-18ml,边倾注边摇匀,待琼脂凝固,置 37℃恒温箱培
养 48h,计数菌落数,以菌落数多少评价消毒效果。结果:冲洗可以使印模表面的附
着菌数减少 -%,平均 %。2%戊二醛消毒 5min 可对细菌的消毒效果
达到 100%。500mg/L 三氯异氰尿酸消毒 5min 可对细菌的消毒效果达到 %,消
毒 10min 可达到 100%。结论:冲洗可以部分去除印模表面附着菌,但达不到消毒的
效果,仍应对印模进行消毒处理。2%戊二醛、500ml/L 三氯异氰尿酸分别消毒 5min,
10min 可达到消毒效果。

Abstract
Objective: To explore an appropriate method of disinfection of impressions and
provide evidence for clinical application, through the use of 2%glutaraldehyde, 500mg/L
Trichloroisocyanuric acid. Methods: The powder of alginate materials was disinfected in
ozonizer for 2 , distilled water were disinfected in autoclave at 12l℃ for 15min.
90 alginate impression samples were set without bacteria. Cut medical sterile membrane
into the size of the gap ×, and it should be fixed to palate of impression of the
upper jaw with the pin, then soaked with sterile eluate containing the appropriate
neutralizer a cotton swab, within a specified area, it should be applied evenly on vertical
and horizontal lines from tow times,and subsequently turn the cotton swab, then cut off the
part which touched by hand and put it into sterile 10ml neutralizer with the corresponding
