摘要

目的:通过对比患者不同的口腔卫生习惯、义齿分类与设计对基牙龋病与牙周
病的影响,分析可摘局部义齿修复患者戴入义齿至少三年后基牙龋病与牙周病情况,
分析原因并为今后日常临床工作提供一定的参考。方法:采取病例分析的方法,回
访 192 名患者(共 255 件义齿,571 颗基牙)戴入可摘局部义齿后基牙龋病与牙周病
情况,通过对义齿的设计分类、设计类型及患者口腔卫生状况等不同数据的采集,
并对所采集的数据进行统计学分析,得出结论。结果:可摘局部义齿戴入后基牙的
患龋率为 %,牙周病患病率为 %。不同的设计分类、设计类型,以及口
腔卫生的好坏均对基牙的龋病与牙周病有统计学差异,并且差异有统计学意义。结
论:戴用可摘局部义齿容易造成患者基牙龋坏与牙周病,义齿的设计分类、设计类
型是造成基牙龋病与牙周病的重要因素,而口腔卫生的好坏直接影响患者基牙龋病
与牙周病的发生。因此,在平常的临床工作中,合理设计义齿,加强对患者的口腔
卫生宣教及正确合理使用义齿的方法,应针对引起龋病及牙周病的病因采取早期的
防治措施。

Abstract

Objective:pare patients with different oral hygiene habits, denture design on
abutment classification and caries and periodontal disease effects of removable partial
denture patients three years after the insertion of denture base tooth caries and periodontal
conditions analyze the reasons for the daily clinical work for the future to provide a
reference.
Method: Case analysis, visit 192 patients (of 255 dental, 571 abutments) insertion of
removable partial dentures dental caries and periodontal disease based upon the situation,
through the classification of denture design, design types and oral health status in patients
with different data collection, and the collected data were statistically analyzed and
concluded.
Results: The insertion of removable partial denture after abutment teeth caries was
%,% prevalence of periodontal disease. Classification of different design,
design types, and both good and bad oral hygiene on caries and periodontal disease
abutments were significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant.
