浅议医院的安全保障义务

〔摘要〕对一组进入医院公众意外在院内意外受伤的案例进行比较与剖析,探讨关于医院安全保障义务应关注的法律与伦
理问题,如医院对进入医院的人员的安全是否均担责,安全保障义务的理论基础及法律适用,医院安全保障义务的合理范围等
几个焦点问题; 并提出相关建议: 医院在设施设备方面、服务管理方面、防范制止方面均具有安全保障义务。

Abstract: paring and analyzing some issues of people accidentally injured in hospitals,this article
discussed the legal and ethical problems of the security obligation of hospitals and then some suggestions were made
as following: hospitals have the obligation of security assurance in devices setting,in service management and in
preventing accidental events.
