内容摘要:中小企业不仅促进我国经济的发展和经济活力的增强,而且为我国解决就业问题做出了重要的贡献。中小企业成长是生存与发展的共同结果, 也就是说: 成长=生存+发展。成长,不能光说生存,也不能只求发展,而是生存与发展和谐起作用,就像是一个孩子的成长是一样的,他要协调的、健康的、持续的长大成人。然而, 当前在中小企业的成长问题上,由于外部经营条件的恶化以及自身经营管理上的弊端,导致中小企业的发展出现了停滞的状态,严重影响了我国经济的发展。这些问题的存在表明如何从理论上深入研究中小企业的问题,并能与我国实际情况相结合,是一个十分重要的课题。一个企业如果没有战略,那根本就不会有什么希望。一个中小企业想要成长壮大,战略是必不可少的。从而使企业得到很好的发展,促使企业的成长
