何谓FMEA
FMEA is a systemic activity, it aims to:
Find 、estimate potential failure and effect in product and in process
Find the action that could reduce or avoid these potential failure happened
Summarize the above process by written
Pay the most attention to prevent to make sure the customer satisfaction
in the design and development of product initial period,analyse the ptention failure mode and happened cause,find out the future’s remark items ,set up the effective control plan。
Finished DFMES in the period of product design and development that is the second step in Advanced product quality planning
Finished PFMEA in the period of the process design and development that is the third steps in Advanced product quality planning

Failure :
Product can’t implement the functions in the specific condition(environment、operation 、 time)
The parameters of product can’t maintain in up and low limited of the specification in the normal conditions
The parts was damaged in the normal using range
PFMEA failure is point to the failure of the “product”
