摘要:目的通过开展质量管理(QC)小组干预活动,降低输液区输液不良反应,确保静脉输液患者安全。方法采用QC小组干预程序,即选择课题、现状调查、确定要因、制定并实施对策、检查效果及巩固措施,对输液区发生输液不良反应的相关因素进行分析,拟定实施应对措施,10个月后评价效果。结果干预后输液区输液不良反应发生例数相对减少,差异有统计学意义(p<),%~100%。结论通过开展QC小组干预,降低了输液区输液不良反应的发生率,确保静脉输液患者安全。

Using QC method to reducing
intravenous infusion adverse reaction in the infusion area
[Abstract]: Objective Ensuring patient’s safety of intravenous infusion through the implementation of quality control (QC) by reducing the adverse reaction in the infusion area. Methods: QC program include select subjects, investigate the present situation, setting goals, determination, develop and implement countermeasures, check the effect and consolidation measures, analyze the related factors of infusion reactions in the infusing area, and implementation, and evaluate effects in ten months. Results Infusion reactions decreased significantly in the infusion area after intervention (p < ), % ~ 100% emergency nurses are supporting the QC management mode. Conclusion Ensured patient’s safety of intravenous infusion through the implementation of quality control (QC) by reducing the adverse reaction in the infusion area.
