Abstract
In recent years, we attach importance to the conservation of historic district.
However, the conservational situation doesn’t promise well. A large number of historic
districts with a conservation plan can not be effectively protected. In response to this
situation, the paper probe into this topic, it is difficult to implement the conservation
planning of historic district, and find out crucial reason that the protection of conservation
planning theory of protection, planning and implementation of the main single cause
protection fund rely on the Government, difficult to operate, planning and implementation
of the out of touch. Then it put forward a solution that we should drawing up the
conservation planning from the view angle of implement and draw into the concept of
conservational regeneration. And es to a conclusion that small-scale planning areas,
gradual implementation pattern, diverse industrial function. Finally it takes conservation
planning of Nanhuamen historic district in Taiyuan as an example to exert the planning
strategies.
This paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, it tells us that we attach
importance to the conservation of historic district, but it failed to take effect. This thesis
explains the reasons from three aspects the practice of planning, the implementation of
planning and the management of planning. Put forward the view that conservation
planning of historic district should be made from the implementation point of view. And
further more it talk about the research significance, research target content, research
methods as well as related concepts.
In the second chapter, the paper analyzes the status and characteristics of historic
district in our country. It analyzes the living conditions and main problems of the historic
district. It proposed that historic district has mercial value as well as cultural
