【摘要】目的观察五倍子等14种中药的体外抗菌活性。方法用新的中药抑菌实验方法测定五倍子等14种中药对112株金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果。结果五倍子等14种中药对112株金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌活性,其中以五倍子、连翘和儿茶的抗菌活性最好,、、 mg/mL。结论五倍子等14种中药对金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的抗菌活性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Galla chinensis kinds of TCM against 112 strains of us aureus in vitro. Method Deterimination of antibacterial activity of Galla chinensis 112 strains of us aureus was performed by using new agar dilution method. Results The antibacterial efficiency of Galla chinensis, Forsythia suspensa and Acacia catechu (L.) Willd against 112 strains us aureus was good, and the MIC90 was , , mg/mL respectively. Conclusion Galla chinensis etc. 14 kinds of TCM had strong antibacterial activity agsinst 112 srains of us aureus.

笔者用新的中药定量抗菌实验方法,对五倍子、连翘、儿茶、黄连和黄芩等14种中药进行了体外定量抗菌实验,比较了上述中药对112株金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。现报道如下。
1 实验材料
微量多点接种仪:北京医科大学昆仑药物发展研究所生蔓荆子果实中部(果实直径最大处):果皮表皮细胞多角形,垂周壁多数平直而厚,少数壁不清晰,气孔稀疏散布,多凹陷,有时突出;果皮表面密被腺毛和非腺毛,有时可以看到腺毛头部脱落后的残迹;果实表面具有纵横纹饰。果皮表面特征见表1。表1 不同产区蔓荆子果实表面扫描特征比较(略)
垂周壁多数平直而厚产;培养基:Mueller-Hinton琼脂(美国BD公司生产,BBL,简称M-H琼脂);药物:五倍子、连翘、儿茶、黄连和黄芩等14种中药购自河北省药材公司,先将五倍子等按常法做成煎液,即100 g五倍子,文火煎成200 mL煎液(为50%五倍
