【摘要】目的调查本院消毒灭菌效果,探讨基层医院如何有效控制院内感染。方法对本院近年消毒灭菌效果及微生物监测结果资料进行分析统计。结果重点部门空气和消毒物体表面微生物监测合格率低;医务人员手菌落超标;灭菌物品合格率不达标。针对存在问题,及时分析和整改,各项指标均有逐年上升趋势。结论医院感染控制与医疗安全息息相关,应高度重视基层医院消毒灭菌工作。提供必要的硬件设施,不断加强医务人员培训,真正从思想上认识,行动上落实,切实做好医院感染的预防与控制工作。
